Heather Low - Msc in Counselling and Supervision MBACP(Accred)
I qualified and have been practicing as a counsellor since 2000.
I have my own practice based in North Belfast. I offer both short and long term counselling to individual clients and to couples.
I have worked for over 30 years in the community/voluntary sector working with individuals, families and groups within communities, and I also have extensive experience within the EAP sector. This has given me a wide experience of issues and
I provide a safe space where clients can openly talk about the issues that have brought them to counselling. Time that allows them to process their thoughts and feelings and a new way to understand.
Please feel free to send me an email or call me to set up an initial session. We can discuss what you would like to get out of counselling and if you are happy to continue we can organise a time that suits you to begin your sessions. We can also discuss how often you might attend, weekly, fortnightly etc. I am happy to answer any questions that will allow you to make an informed decision about attending counselling with me.

I feel that I connect well with clients, respect their knowledge of their own thoughts, feelings and circumstances, and I come open and genuinely to each session. This for me allows a strong, safe and positive working alliance with clients.
