Heather Counselling is a confidential counselling service based at The Hub in Friockheim, Angus. We are a mother/daughter team of two fully qualified counsellors: Fiona Arnot and Lucy Arnot.
We can provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about any issues that are causing you concern or distress.
We are trained in pluralistic counselling which means we tailor our practice according to your needs and preferences. This might include 'Walk and Talk' therapy where we can take our work together outdoors.
We will not judge, nor will we tell you what to do. Instead we will work with you to help you move forward in a way that is right for you.
