Hazel Martin MBACP Accred
Life can sometimes take us to places where we would rather not be. I believe we all have innate resources to help us overcome our emotional problems, to develop and grow.
My role as a professional counsellor is to help you access those resources. I can do this by providing a safe, supportive and confidential space in which you can explore any difficulties you are facing.
People chose to have counselling for a whole host of reasons such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and abuse to name but a few. The process of counselling can bring about positive change and allow you to develop new coping strategies for the future.
