About me

Maybe you’re feeling unable to cope at this time in your life? Maybe all you need is to find your own voice again? What I offer is a confidential space for you to bring what you want to share with someone whom you can build a therapeutic relationship with. I can help you explore your past experiences if that’s where you are stuck or we can explore how you feel or think now, in the present, to help you make a better understanding of ways to cope. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, providing a non-judgmental and empathetic service. I am trained and experienced in working with both adults and young people.

I will support you in working towards your goals that you would like to achieve. We can explore and work out together what it is you need/want to achieve that you may be unaware of so that you then have a better understanding of why you feel the way you do.

I am experienced to help you answer some of those questions so you can feel the way you potentially want to feel. I offer a safe space for you to bring anything you want to bring into the virtual room.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
