About me
I am a qualified and experienced creative arts psychotherapist, which means that I can offer the option for you to talk or work creatively, where you will be supported to express and explore your difficulties in a way in which you find comfortable to do so. I have worked in a large variety of areas, including NHS, support centres, forensic services, mainstream and special education.
Therapy can be useful to help with many common aspects of life, such as depression and anxiety, among many others. It can be an opportunity to find a way to explore difficult experiences that happen to all of us in life, in a non-judgmental setting.
We can explore what your needs are and consider the best options for you. Whatever your reason for accessing therapy, we can discuss during a free initial appointment, and you can decide if you would like to access further sessions.
If you are interested in considering therapy the first step is to contact me to arrange a free initial consultation (30 mins online or phone). This gives us the opportunity to meet, and discuss how what your needs are and how I may help. We can then arrange further sessions if you would like to access therapy with me.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
