Hayley Panton MBACP DIP THERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING
Hi my name is Hayley and I am an experienced integrative Counsellor who offers both short term and long term work to individuals. My aim is to enable individuals to grow in themselves in a safe, accepting environment for my clients to explore their difficulties.
Counselling helps individuals to explore their feelings and emotions affecting them in the present or from their past. As a integrative counsellor I work in the here and now or work with conflicts from the past.
The help that I offer ranges from short-term counselling, focused on a specific problem such as a major life change or bereavement, to open-ended therapy which is a deeper personal exploration. My aim is to work with people to understand their anxieties so that they can come to know and accept themselves, and to find their own meanings and ways through their questions and difficulties.
Counselling sessions will be confidential and focused on individual needs.
I work from a branch in Hornchurch with warm and friendly rooms. I also offer home visits, telephone counselling and online Skype call for your own convenience.

I also provide Feel the fear and do it anyway workshops based on Susan Jeffers books.
My Journey began 10 years ago where I started facing fears. I was in a place where I was extremely unhappy, I blamed others, I was angry with the world, my self-confidence was low, I was going from relationship to relationship and my self-esteem was extremely low.
I came across feel the fear and do it anyway by Susan Jeffers and it transformed my life. After using the tools and strength of feel the fear and do it anyway I went from fear to happiness. I left an unhealthy relationship and started to do things for myself and was faced with the fear of looking at myself and my behaviour.
Since then I have gone on to become a counselling therapist which was the most rewarding journey I have experienced. I have become a feel the fear Licenced Trainer to inspire others to create their own Journey of self-discovery.
I am now in a place where I live to the fullest with excitement and with true inner peace. I have faced many fears and I will continue to throughout my journey. The most incredible thing I have learnt is life is to be enjoyed and happiness is the place to be every day. Happiness is not a place to get to rather than a place to be today.
I feel truly blessed to be given the opportunity to help others as a facilitator of change to find their true authentic self who they were born to be.

Choosing a therapist
Finding and choosing a therapist can be daunting. Counselling involves building a strong rapport, It is the relationship between the two of you that determines whether you trust them enough, and they come to understand you enough, to help you explore and find solutions for your problem.
We can meet for a single session, to discuss what you are looking for from therapy. Only you can decide whether you are with the right therapist for you. Do not be afraid to ask questions or request further information before making your decision.
