About me

I am a fully qualified, experienced counsellor and work from a comfortable room in my home in Staines. My location is easily accessible from Staines train station, the 458 bus route and there's plenty of parking available if you drive.  I use a broadly person-centred approach to counselling and believe the trusting relationship built between myself and my client is key to enabling them to explore troubling issues.

I am able to work therapeutically with individual adults, children and young people, and have experience of working with clients who are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety and relationship problems.

I offer an initial 50 minute appointment, where we can get to know one another and find out if we could work together. There is no obligation if either of us feel we are not a good fit. If you did decide you would like to continue to work with me, future sessions would be for 50 mins and generally at the same time each week/fortnight.
