About me

I am a fully qualified, experienced counsellor and work from a comfortable room in my home in Staines. I use a broadly person-centred approach to counselling and believe the trusting relationship built between myself and my client is key to enabling them to explore troubling issues.

I am able to work therapeutically with individual adults, children and young people, and have experience of working with clients who are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety and relationship problems.

I offer an initial 50 minute appointment for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you. Future sessions would be for 50 mins and generally at the same time each week/fortnight.

My location is easily accessible from Staines train station, the 458 bus route and there's plenty of parking available if you drive.
