As a Counselling Psychologist, I’ve been trained to combine the art and skills of counselling and psychotherapy with an approach grounded in psychological science, theory and research. I aim to provide a highly professional, effective, confidential and quality therapy service that focuses on your individual needs.
Psychological therapy typically starts with an assessment session where I aim to understand your problems from your perspective and how and why the particular difficulties have evolved. We can then choose the most effective therapeutic approach to fit your needs. Sessions may vary in number and frequency according to your needs and the type of therapy we agree upon. I can offer short-term brief, solution-focused therapies (6-12 sessions) to long-term (6-18 months, weekly sessions) insight-based therapies.
As well as face-to-face therapy, I can also provide telephone counselling.
I am originally from Turkey so I can provide therapy in Turkish as well.
