My approach is warm and attentive and I offer a confidential space to discuss your concerns before I can assist you in exploring and developing ways to overcome them. I believe in taking a person-centred approach alongside an integration of evidence based psychological practices. I draw on techniques from Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Systemic Therapy and Gestalt Therapy, among others.
Individual and couples sessions can be face to face or via the telephone/video call. Face to face sessions can be booked for the following locations:

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC). My training has been extensive, which has meant I am skilled in a range of evidence-based therapies. This knowledge is essential as it enables me to integrate and combine the most suitable approach to your individual needs.
I have worked in the NHS and in the community for over 8 years, and I am privileged to have experience with people from a broad range of backgrounds and levels of complexity.
