We understand how difficult and confusing it can seem trying to find the right counsellor, with so many different choices. Our hope is that through our service we can find the right person to help you make improvements you wish for.
Counselling and therapy are known to support many different issues people struggle with, if you are unsure if Hart Counselling CIC could help support you, please do get in contact. If we feel there may be a more appropriate service for you we will do what we can to help.
Hart Counselling CIC is a therapy service based in Hook, Hampshire working with clients from the surrounding areas. Our counsellors work with young people aged 11 years old and over, adults and couples in 50 minutes sessions over a timescale that suits. With the aim of supporting you in the changes you wish to make.
Training, qualifications & experience
All of our counsellors and psychotherapists are qualified and insured members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
They all have a wide base of training and qualifications and have backgrounds in a variety of different issues people face either day to day or as ongoing difficulties.

Initial consultations will last up to an hour at a cost of £25 during which time we assess your needs and how we may best support you.
Fees for your counselling sessions going forward will be discussed at this time and are based on your financial situation.
Our fees start from £25 up to £65 for couples work per session. Counselling sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and an hour for couples.
Hart Counselling CIC is a community interest company, this is because our focus is on people not profits.
