About me

I'm a clinical psychologist with extensive experience of helping adults with a wide range of emotional difficulties. I work with a small team of clinical psychologists at Tay Psychology and we provide face to face therapy to adults in Dundee, Angus, and Glasgow, and UK wide online therapy. Our website has more information at www.taypsychology.co.uk  or you can contact me directly with any queries.

We believe that at the heart of all therapies is a joint understanding of your difficulties, including how your difficulties have developed and what is contributing to them now. By understanding these things, we will work with you to change the patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to your difficulties. As clinical psychologists we are all trained in a range of therapies and will tailor therapy to your specific needs. We can provide a range of psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness based approaches and approaches based on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Choosing a psychologist, therapist, or counsellor can be a difficult decision, and we're happy to be able to offer a free initial phone consultation to find out more about your difficulties and to see if we're likely to be a good fit for you. We will always tell you if we think that another professional or organisation would be better suited to your needs.
