Clinical Psychologist

About me

Choosing a therapist can be a daunting process, and finding someone you can trust and feel safe with is a big task.  To help with this, I offer a free initial call so we can discuss what you are hoping for, and you can get a feel for whether I may be a good fit for your circumstances. Please get in touch or see below to book this.

From April 2022 I will have new availability for in-person sessions on Thursdays at my clinic in the City of London, opposite Liverpool Street station.

A little about me:

I'm Hannah, I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, with 13 years experience working in the field of mental health.  I specialise in helping people with relationship difficulties, traumatic experiences (both recent and from childhood), and emotional struggles (like anxiety, stress, anger, depression or managing strong emotions).

At the heart of any effective therapy is a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am down-to-earth, warm and compassionate. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential therapeutic space. Together, we can explore your difficulties and needs, build upon your strengths, and work towards your personal goals.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in many different types of evidence-based therapies; which means they have been proven through scientific studies.  However, people are complex and often require support that is tailored to their individual circumstances. For this reason, I also work integratively, selecting aspects from different therapies and psychological theories to provide personalised support.

If this sounds like something that could help you, please contact me to book a free 20-minute consultation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I work part-time in independent practice with adults, and part-time in the NHS as a trauma specialist for children, adolescents and carers.

I have regular clinical supervision with a senior Clinical Psychologist as well as regular peer supervision; as is expected by the British Psychological Society (BPS). This is standard professional practice, which helps me deliver the highest standards of care to my clients. All supervision sessions adhere to the BPS and HCPC Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
