About me

Are you struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD or Low Self Esteem? Do you find that your mind is filled with critical or negative thoughts? Do you worry? Have you lost the motivation and energy to do the things you enjoy or need to do? I might be able to help!

My name is Hannah and I am a BABCP accredited Psychological Therapist who is trained to deliver evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to those who are experiencing difficulties with Anxiety or Depression. I know that making the decision to access treatment for your mental health can be a really difficult step, but I hope to create a safe supportive environment to help you work towards your goals and live the life you want to live.

I hope through CBT I can help you to build a toolbox of skills that will not only help you work towards recovery during therapy, but that will give you the building blocks to maintain your Mental Wellbeing long after therapy is over.

I am really passionate about helping people relieve their distress and find joy and pleasure in life that might have gotten lost. I believe it is a privilege to go on this journey with someone, and so I am committed to delivering the best treatment I can. I aim to stay true to the treatment guidelines but recognise that you are an individual, with a unique set of problems.

I hope that we can work collaboratively as a team, to start making the positive steps you want towards your recovery.
