About me

Our journey through life can be bumpy - you may feel that you have something from your past that you can't resolve, are worried about the future, or maybe you just feel stuck. Counselling can help, so please get in touch.

Together we can explore and try to understand where any feelings or difficulties are coming from, and make changes to how you feel about yourself or your situation. This can lead to gaining greater understanding and self acceptance.

I have a Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB) and I am currently studying for a Post graduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (CPCAB). I am an Accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I work with a large range of issues, and specialise in working with the bereaved and also neurodivergent young people.   I have lived experience and work with neurodivergent young people to help them understand their world and explore the difficulties that they can face with day-to-day life.  I have worked within a secondary school and a hospice. My areas of expertise include, (but not only) loss and change, bereavement, anxiety, relationship difficulties, childhood issues, low mood and low self-esteem.

Our sessions will be 50 minutes, either online or from a therapy room in the heart of Aylesbury.

I understand that reaching out is a big step, and it can feel confusing knowing who to select as a counsellor. So, I offer a free initial thirty-minute telephone session, so that you can ask any questions that you may have about the counselling process and we can discuss what to expect.
