About me

People can seek counselling for many reasons, they can be going through a rough patch in their lives or it can be about self-development and self-exploration. Whatever your reasons for seeking counselling I will work with you to help you explore your current emotions and behaviours, and look at the possible reasons behind them.

I am an Integrative counsellor which means that I have a background in a variety of theoretical perspectives – Person-Centred, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This allows me to tailor the sessions to suit your needs and goals. I work both short term and long term with regular review sessions so that you can evaluate where you are in your counselling in relation to your goals.

I offer a comfortable, supportive and reflective space for you to explore your feelings and emotions. My role is to support you through your process of exploration, experimentation and change in a confidential and non-judgemental space.
