About me

I am particularly interested in the areas of confidence building and self esteem for young people in their early twenties and thirties; young people who have big goals but sometimes get stuck because of issues from the past, perhaps bullying or family issues. I also work with clients suffering from PTSD who wish to be free of the debilitating symptoms that this can cause for themselves and their families.
I work with my clients to look at the blocks or obstacles that stop us from moving forward or that compromise our resilience. If these blocks are as a result of trauma then I am fully qualified to treat this in a non-invasive and safe way. My work is fast acting and solution focussed.
I know how effective Human Givens therapy can be. It is a cost effective way of getting one's life back on track quickly - it is not about going over and over old hurts and wounds but finding a positive way forward as quickly as possible.  I aim to get you feeling better in as few sessions as possible.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am fully qualified with the Human Givens Institute, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority and am fully insured.  I have full enhanced disclosure to work with children and young adults.

I am experienced in working with clients with all types of emotional distress and mental health issues including: stress, anxiety, depression , self confidence and self-esteem issues. I am also able to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and complex PTSD with a highly effective trauma recovery technique.
