About me

Sometimes we need a space that is dedicated to allowing us to explore and evolve our relationship with ourselves, our partners, our families and the world.  I believe in providing a space that facilitates your journey towards better mental health and wellbeing.

I am a neurodivergent affirming therapist.  I specialise in working with adults who are neurodivergent in a way that celebrates who they are and also helps them develop coping skills for living in a neurotypical world.  I am accepting of people's differences, help them know themselves, help them communicate their needs, and push for various accommodations through self-advocacy.  This includes, but is not limited to clients with Autism and ADHD.  I also work with parents and partners of neurodivergent people so that they may have healthier relationships.

I am a sex-positive therapist which means that I work with topics around human sexuality without judgement or shame.  This includes pleasure, sexual function, gender identity, orientation, sex education, nudity, relationship styles, body positivity, safer sex, reproductive equity and more.  I provide a positive space for people in the Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity world.  I also work with Compulsive Sexual Behaviours.

I am a pluralist which means I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.  Rather, I believe in having many tools in my toolbox to help meet your needs.

I specialise in many areas including:

  • Neurodivergence
  • Relationships
  • Parenting
  • Psycho-Sexual Functioning
  • LGBTQIA+
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Workplace Wellbeing

You need to make sure your therapist is someone you feel comfortable with.  Call to have a quick chat to make sure we are right for each other.
