About me
I have a wealth of diverse experience working as a therapist spanning over 25 years, and have been working as a senior therapist for over 10 years. I offer counselling, psychotherapy and clinical supervision. My counselling experience includes work in NHS, Lifelink and private practice. My clients tell me that I have a genuine, warm, kind, compassionate, non-judgemental, highly supportive and honest manner. Most of all, I love to support people to develop their optimum mental health and heal into well-being.
To make an appointment, and or to have an initial discussion, call or email me. Sessions will be tailored to your pace, and at the end of your first session you are given the option to book another session, or to leave it open for you to reflect on what you want to do next, For example, some of my clients attend weekly, some fortnightly, some monthly, and some come for occasional top up sessions if they feel that they need this. If you want any more information I will be happy to answer any questions.

Member organisations
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
