About me
I am accredited Integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I am also EMDR practitioner. I have been working for many years with clients in the NHS and in private setting. My training in different therapeutic approaches combined with my clinical experience allow me to offer in-depth assessment of your issues and provide treatment which is most suitable for your particular needs.
I see my role as helping you to understand yourself and your interactions with others clearer. This will help you to make better-informed and more beneficial choices in your life. I believe that therapeutic relationship plays a key role in positive therapy outcomes.
I have worked effectively with people who present with a range of issues including depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, general anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, PTSD and childhood trauma. I provide support for those who have experienced loss or bereavement in their lives. If you have any family problems that impact on your life you might want to address this in therapy. I also offer help with anger management.
I offer short or long-term therapy for adults. I work in a private consulting room which is professional and safe. There is off-road private parking and easy access via public transport.
I offer sessions in English and in Polish.
I offer sessions remotely as well as face-to-face. In terms of remote therapy I offer sessions on WhatsApp or Zoom. An email address is required for Zoom, as well as access to a webcam on your device. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Member organisations
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.
BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
