Welcome, my name is Grant Lake and I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). This Register is Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
I offer a Private & Confidential service where Counselling or Psychotherapy is offered as an equal partnership between client and counsellor, with the emphasis on you being in control of what is discussed and the way in which sessions develop.
I am also the Founder of Mindworks therapy which is a Private Practice (Clinic) that specialises in delivering Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy. This is a specialised collaborative approach to psychotherapeutic change that is focused on helping a person to resolve or effectively manage a specific problem or challenge, or to make a desired change.
Mindworks Therapy also provides a retained, Private and Confidential Service for all Emergency Services, with an automatic 20% discount fee applied. This Service is extended to all Serving and Ex-Serving Military Personnel.
This service eliminates restricting and complex referral pathways and grants immediate access to private and confidential, professional support.
