About me

Hi, my name is Graham and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and counselling supervisor. I have worked with people who have been suffering from a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, sexuality and abuse.

When I’ve experienced difficult times in my own life, there have always been lots of people willing to give me advice and tell me what they think I should do. But what’s really helped has been someone who has patiently listened to me, and tried to understand how I am really feeling inside. That’s what I will attempt to be for you, if you want me to.

I don’t  have the solution to your problems or techniques to help you manage your feelings. What I do know is that the answer which you need is already inside you and, if you give yourself some time and some space with a patient and understanding companion, you will find it.

I am a spiritual person who believes in a world both before and beyond this one and the inter connection of all living things. I also have special interests in Reiki and clairvoyance.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor, supervisor and I am also a trainer of counsellors.
