About me
Hi, my name is Graham and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and counselling supervisor. I have worked with people who have experienced a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, trauma and abuse.
When I have experienced difficult times in my own life, there have always been lots of people willing to give me advice and tell me what they think I should do. But what’s really helped has been someone who has patiently listened to me, and tried to understand how I am really feeling inside. That’s what I will attempt to be for you if you want me to.
I don’t have the solution to your problems or techniques to help you manage your feelings. What I do know is that the answer which you need is already inside you and, if you give yourself some time and some space with a patient and understanding companion, you will find it.
