About me

Graeme Webster - Psychological Therapy & Clinical Supervision both Face-toFace and Online

I am a highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist/Supervisor and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Consultant, accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and EMDR Europe Association. I have worked extensively in the NHS providing therapy to a wide range of individuals, as well as offering Clinical Supervision to many therapists over the years. In addition to this, I practice independently in Plymouth offering CBT (including Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Mindfulness Based Approaches), EMDR and Clinical Supervision/Consultation.

I am able to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to people aged 16 and over with a wide range of problems including:

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.

BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

Extended Treatment Session - £30 per additional 30 minutes
