Trusting relationships are important in life and a Therapeutic relationship can be critical at some point in our lives. There maybe issues from your past or present that you would like to tackle or maybe you are experiencing significant events in your life that causing you some anxiety or distress.
The tools I use are based on a non directive approach drawn from Carl Rogers's theory . I apply core conditions to support and encourage personal growth of the client. The training I have received also allows me to work from a number of different models which I adapt according to the needs of the client.
I believe in providing a safe and regular space that is honest, empathic and non judgemental where the client can feel to explore their feelings.
