Gosia Vitale, Reg. BACP
Brighton & Hove
At different stages in our lives, we can all encounter difficulties and issues that prevent us from fully enjoying and appreciating life. Anything from anxiety to the loss of a person (through death or relationship breakdown), to deeper emotional issues (such as low self-esteem, inability to form relationships, or repetitive behaviours). Other times, we are unable to explain what is troubling us - but we know that something is.
My name is Gosia Vitale and I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). My therapeutic orientation is psychodynamic therapy, however I have training in Mindfulness and CBT.
I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore how you feel and help you make sense of what you are going through. I offer short term and long term psychodynamic therapy to individuals, with aspects of CBT and Mindfulness where appropriate - believing different approaches are applicable in different situations.
