About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist, and counselling/hypnotherapy supervisor. I am experienced in working with adults and young people with a wide range of presenting issues, as well as trainee and qualified therapists. I tailor all sessions to meet the needs of my clients, believing strongly that 'one size does not fit all'.  I offer support with all levels of anxiety and depression, self esteem, low confidence, social anxiety, and work with everything from childhood trauma to managing difficult relationships at home and work.

The hardest decisions we ever make require us to make life changes.

The second hardest are when we are faced with having to admit it to someone else. I am here to listen, in confidence, when you are ready. Whether you have a single session or a number of sessions is up to you. The format of the sessions will be driven by you. There are many types of therapy and therapeutic models, countless theories and methodologies, but my approach is holistic. I see you as a whole person and look at all the influencing factors in your life. We agree the treatment between us.

When you are ready to talk, I am ready to take your call.
