About me

Glenda is a fully qualified and accredited counsellor, hypnotherapist and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner. Using this combination she will help you learn more about yourself and will help facilitate you conquering any difficulties, whilst building your self esteem and confidence.

She is an open and warm individual, who offers a non-judgemental and resolution focused approach to therapy. All sessions are completely confidential and Glenda provides a safe and comfortable environment within which her clients can confidently discuss their issues and ambitions.

Although she has an honest and straight talking style, she remains open, caring and fully focuses on you and your journey. She will aim to help you see more of yourself and to understand the feelings you are experiencing. Once your goals are fully understood Glenda will assist you in achieving that which you desire; if possible and realistic.

Glenda retains professionalism at all times and will be able to make you feel safe and at ease. With a background in the corporate world in both public and private sectors it allows her to fully appreciate the stresses and challenges that working life today brings. The pressures and strains of a busy home and poor work life balance have the potential to negatively impact general well-being. Her personal insight of this problem provides her with the skills to assist in re-balancing the lives of her clients.

Glenda is a registered member of the National Counselling Society and is bound by the Codes of Ethical Standards and Conduct stipulated by this professional body and undertakes regular supervision and continuous professional development.
