About us
Hello and thank you for looking at my profile.
I am a highly experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist and I work with my colleagues (counsellors and psychologists) within the Glasgow Psychology Centre where I am the Clinical Director. I support adults and young people with a wide range of psychological difficulties. I aim to provide each of my clients with a therapeutic experience which is unique to them and their individual needs.
My experience allows me to work with confidence on issues such as anxiety, panic, low mood, obsessions including intrusive thoughts and the many other difficulties which we can encounter at different points in our lives.
Although you may feel that you are alone in your experiences, together we can build a better understanding of your difficulties and find healthy ways to manage them.
It is natural to feel anxious about meeting a therapist, and it is important to me to provide a kind and non-judgemental environment where we will work at your pace. My aim is to develop a collaborative and supportive working relationship where you can feel safe and listened to.
If this sounds like the approach for you, I would welcome you getting in touch.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
