About me

I am an accredited counsellor, providing CBT for:

  • anxiety (including social anxiety, generalised anxiety and health anxiety),

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a practical and effective therapy that allows you to break the maintenance cycle of your problems. It's flexible and targeted, to allow you experience relief from your problems as soon as possible. It is the most effective treatment for anxiety – including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and others.

CBT works by helping you to feel better as soon as possible. It is an evidence-based interventions, which means that the techniques you'll learn have been widely researched and have been proven to work effectively.
My extensive training in CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and Coaching allows me to use many different tools and techniques to adapt therapy to your own needs.
