About me
Welcome, I'm Gina, a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to understand and address your concerns. Using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, we'll explore the factors underlying your difficulties alongside the things maintaining them, develop effective coping strategies, and empower you to achieve your goals.
My aim is to help you break free from unhelpful patterns and experience improved wellbeing. CBT is a highly effective treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, body-image issues and low self-esteem. Additionally, I have a strong interest in the complexities of romantic relationships, particularly the challenges associated with narcissistic abuse.
Please get in touch by text/email, I'd like to help!
