About me

Using the Person-Centred approach, I offer a quiet, confidential space for us to explore the situation that's worrying you.

Talking your problems through in a safe and private place can help you to see your current difficulties from a fresh perspective and move towards seeking solutions or change.

With a background in Art, I can also offer creative interventions such as Sandtray, working with images, focusing and relaxation techniques. This is once our working relationship is established, and dependent on your recognised individual requirements. These may help you to gain insight and calm when working through the feelings troubling you at this stage.

My main areas of experience are working with anxiety, depression, loss and self-esteem.

I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, including attending regular supervision and ongoing training.

After our initial telephone conversation I offer a free 30min meeting, without obligation, this is to see if we can work together towards your chosen goals.

I work with individuals from 16yrs.

Newcomers to counselling are welcome. Discounts available for Students and Pensioners.

My premises are 7mins walk from Eastcote tube. The 282 Bus stops at the top of my street.

If driving there's plenty of free parking outside.
