About me

Hi, I'm a mature counsellor qualified in relationship/marriage counselling and the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addictions, self-esteem issues and sex problems.

Couple & Relationship Counselling Central London

All couples would do well to have a tune up with relationship counselling, especially when communication gets muddled, confused or misunderstood. Being physically and emotional available is vital for a healthy relationship.

What your relationship is like?

Are you struggling to resolve important issues?

Are you bickering a great deal over everything?

Do you feel lonely in the relationship?

Do you feel you walking on eggshells?

Is your voice not being heard?

Has sex been forgotten, not discussed or not happening?

Maybe it is time for a relationship tune up, to take a look at the present dynamic,  or the environment the relationship is within, to go about changing it. You can only change what you acknowledge.

In counselling it is a no blame environment. We look at what is working first and then what is not. Nothing happens in isolation. There are may different stories about what happens in relationships.

Relationship counselling shows respect for the time you have spent and invested in each other. Give it a chance to work with couple counselling before ending it or just putting up with it.

Ring or email for an appointment and I will make a booking time suitable for you and your partner. M 07450746534 Email

Individual Counselling

For individual clients I work closely to hear what is happening for you, what is working and what is not. You will know what is not working. I will listen carefully to understand how you see the world and together we will explore what you can control in your life. You have amazing resources (survival genes) that need to be reactivated. This will be done by externalising your world in words (spoken and written) and in meditation techniques that I will teach you. You have an inner voice - let us all hear it.

So call me now on 07450746534 or drop me an email explaining what is worrying you and I will reply within 24 hours and see you within a week.

These are my keywords for your search to find my practice in Central London.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Other areas of counselling I deal with

Telephone and Online Counselling Available.

Sometimes talking is not enough as it is just talk and there are times when clients are really stuck, unable to move forward.

Meditation techniques combined with a slight hypnosis I use with a "Mirror Hands" technique can unlock and remove this stuckness. The answer was internal all the time trying to tell you how to move forward.

I can teach you simple meditation techniques that will enable you to see much more clearly.
