The types of techniques I use come from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred and Gestalt approach through a variety of theories inform my practice such as Transactional Analysis, Jungian and Solution-Focused. My model is about creating the most effective therapeutic approach for each individual person.
