Experience of working with women who struggle with overeating, yo-yo dieting, binge eating, comfort eating, bulimia, anorexia or a negative body image.
Clients may or may not have a diagnosed eating disorder. Many have been struggling with their weight and battling with food and diets their entire adult lives.
Experience with a range of other issues such as anxiety, depression, antenatal depression, postnatal depression, identity crisis, life crisis, childhood abuse, repressed anger, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.
Georgina offers a holistic, integrative, transpersonal and spiritual approach. As a client you will receive a basic training in mindfulness. You are invited to come and learn who you are really are, and were born to be. You are here to thrive not survive.
Georgina is fully qualified integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist (DIP PSYCH, NCFE, CPCAB) and a member of the BACP.
