About me
I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist (since 2017) and Schema Therapist with a special interest in body-based therapies and parts work.
Through qualified roles within the NHS, I have gained a wealth of experience in working with adults with a range of mental health difficulties in community, inpatient and forensic settings.
I value holding a space to support people in understanding how their nervous systems and patterns of coping may have been shaped by previous experiences.
It is a pleasure to support people in better understanding themselves so they can move closer to their values, goals and ultimately their authentic selves.
I would describe my style as playful, compassionate and direct when needed.
If you are interested in talking about one-to-one therapy and would like to see if we might be a fit, I am happy to have a brief chat over the phone free of charge.
I specialise in relationship difficulties, PTSD, complex PTSD, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, stress, drug addiction, body-based distress (chronic physical health issues linked to emotional difficulties) and feminist issues.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
