I am a fully qualified, BACP Accredited therapist and supervisor with over 18 years experience. I have worked as a counsellor in the NHS (Health in Mind, Time to Talk), charities, Employee Assistance Programmes and private practice. I trained at Sussex University. I have worked in mental health for over 30 years.
I work in an integrative way which means I tailor the therapy to suit your needs and goals. I work with clients short term (usually 6 sessions) and long term. I see couples and individuals. £40 (appointments before 4pm) to £50 (after 4pm) individual session, 50 minutes
£60 couples session, one hour
£55 supervision, 90 minutes. £40 for 60 minutes.
