I am a chartered psychologist, an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). I am also an accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I aim to provide a space where clients feel safe, respected, and valued so that difficulties can be explored, without judgement, either through 6-20 sessions of cognitive behavioural therapy or if needed through more longer-term work.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am currently a senior lecturer in psychology and clinical trainer where I teach cognitive behavioural therapy on various postgraduate courses that include PsychD Counselling Psychology and MA Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy programmes. I also have extensive experience as a cognitive behavioural therapist in various settings including the NHS.

My practice is based in Chiswick, near Gunnersbury Tube (District Line) and Overground (7 minute walk) and a 9 minute walk from Kew Bridge Station (South Western Rail).
