About me
I offer a caring, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard, no matter where you are in life. Together, we’ll gently explore your needs in a safe and supportive environment. Reach out for a free consultation—I’d love to see how I can support your journey.
Life can be challenging, sometimes leaving us feeling uneasy within ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. It can impact how we think, feel, and connect with others. Do you ever feel this way? You’re not alone, and we can explore this together.
Our lives are shaped by our relationships, experiences, and patterns that we might not fully understand. Sometimes, these create emotional barriers that leave us feeling stuck or unsettled. Counselling can bring clarity, offering gentle insight and awareness where there’s uncertainty, helping you find understanding and create positive change.
How I work
As a fully qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, I offer a warm, trusting space where we can focus on you and your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore your experiences—how you think, feel, and see the world—while working toward your personal goals. I use a blend of approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness, all tailored to fit your journey. Our sessions are confidential and grounded in ethical care, ensuring you have the time and support to explore at your own pace. You are in control every step of the way, with the freedom to continue or pause whenever you choose.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide if we’re a good fit. During this time, I’ll answer any questions you have, and we can discuss the best path forward and create a working agreement. This can be done in person, online or by phone.
For your information
I have extensive experience working in various counselling agencies, including Challenging Behaviours, Youth Concern, and Sorted Counselling Services. With over 10 years in coaching and training roles, I’ve focused on safeguarding, welfare, and duty of care across different organisations.
