I am a counsellor/psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural therapies. I work in an integrated way and have many years of experience working as a therapist and counsellor in primary and acute care.
I am able to help with a wide range of mental health problems including:
- anxiety conditions
- trauma and abuse.
I also specialise in treating sleep disturbances and relationship issues.
I work both one-to-one (face-to-face and on-line) and run specialist psycho-educational groups in Mindfulness, sleep problems and relationship issues.
I am a Coaching Psychologist and am able to assist with both performance improvement, work problems and general life issues.
