About me
With over 20 years of experience as a Systemic Family Psychotherapist and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Therapist, I bring care, understanding, and practical support to children, couples, and families. I specialise in working alongside parents during and after divorce, ensuring that children’s voices and needs remain central throughout the process.
Whether you're navigating the emotional complexities of divorce, facing parenting challenges, or dealing with relationship tension, I’m here to support you. If communication has broken down or you're seeking a healthier way to guide your child through family change, I create a space where all voices are heard and valued. My approach prioritises children’s well-being, supporting families in moving through difficult times with clarity, empathy, and care.
I offer a safe, compassionate environment where everyone’s voice is heard, with a particular focus on children’s needs. I believe their voices should always be at the heart of the process, especially during times of transition.
Every family is unique, and with that uniqueness can come moments of tension, misunderstanding, or emotional overwhelm. I work collaboratively with families and couples to help them reconnect, communicate more effectively, and support each other through life’s challenges. Couple & Family therapy provides a space where each member can feel heard and valued, fostering respect, empathy, and meaningful change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have extensive experience working within the NHS inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), where I supported families navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. As the lead family therapist for a children’s charity, I worked closely with children, adolescents, and their families to strengthen relationships and foster a more supportive, nurturing environment.
I hold a range of qualifications that allow me to approach therapy from a holistic perspective. I am trained in Osteopathy, Homeopathy, and Hypnotherapy, and I have a Master's degree as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP). These diverse skills allow me to integrate various therapeutic modalities to offer tailored support that meets the unique needs of each family.
I am a UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) registered therapist and a qualified Relationship Therapy (RLT) therapist, committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
