About me

I offer many types of therapy and believe i can always fit in with whatever needs my client has. I am a warm and friendly person who works for a short term therapy provider and has lots of varied experience.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and also a Post Graduate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I currently work in IAPT providing short term therapy to clients who present with anxiety disorders such as OCD, Trauma, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic and Health Anxiety along with those suffering with depression. I have also worked in a primary school providing therapy through expression and play.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists.

BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

Wheelchair user access
