I Hear You Counselling offers professional counselling to couples and individuals. I am based in Thurmaston, North East Leicester, easily reached and only a couple of miles from the city centre and the A563 ring road. There is parking on site for convenience.
Part of being human is to have times of distress. I can facilitate by helping you better understand how your past, present and perspective on the future affects your behaviour and actions. I offer a caring warm space that is supportive and non-judgemental where together we can untangle the causes of distress.
As well as being experienced with working together with individuals I am also a qualified Relate Couple Counsellor. I have lots of experience of working with couples on relationship issues offering a range of support. Including work on communication, settling conflict, crisis and affairs, creating better understanding & intimacy. I can help make sense of the confusion and facilitate couples towards their chosen goals.
I offer appointment times during the day, evenings and weekends to make counselling as accessible as possible.
