About me
I am accredited BACP psychotherapist over 20 years experience. I have worked with relationship issues, anxiety, depression and particularly with psychosomatic and body image issues.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space that can help you to get tools to understand yourself and in relationships context.
The treatment process I offer is by free-associating dreams, thoughts and feelings on yourself and in relationships context and also in the session with the psychotherapist.
With the help of the psychotherapist, you will start to be aware of the repetitive experiences, and conflicts you have, which will help you to get insight, understating and tools to live your life in full.
The first two sessions, we will explore together your interest to get help. Once you agreed to carry on, we will explore your interest to carry on with one session a week or more intensive treatment 2, 3, 4 or 5 sessions a week. The fee will be decided according to that.
Please do email me to set up an initial session.
Please be aware that during this very challenging and uncertain time of the Covid-19, I am currently offering all sessions online.
I am on the psychotherapists list in AXA, AVIVA and daividshield insurance companies.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
