About me
Are you looking for therapy that actually delivers results, whilst suspecting you have ADHD or AuDHD? Perhaps you are autistic, have chronic health conditions or struggle with binge eating. (or all of the above...) You've come to the right place: I am not your neurotypical therapist.
I will help you identify what's the root cause, and instead of talking about stuckness, we will actively work on making practical changes from the get go. I only use techniques that have strong evidence base and add a unique blend of my clinical expertise and lived experience to their application so you can utilise these in the long term.
I have spent over 10.000 hours in the therapist chair. I am neurodiverse myself (AuDHD) and will only bring you tools and ideas that I know will work. I am a trained yoga teacher and mindfulness coach, these practices inform my practice from a somatic perspective - i.e. we won't leave the body out.
More than anything, I'm an architect of transformation. I have a talent in quickly recognising patterns and taking a deep dive - working with you as a team. I won't beat around the bush, I will give you straight to the point feedback and guidance.
Training, qualifications & experience
Having been in practice for well over a decade, in a variety of settings (NHS and private, UK and overseas) I offer a unique interpretation of how evidence based therapies can be delivered in a format that's accessible for neurodiverse clients, who often have special needs.
Educated to a masters level (2009, Psychology), completed my post graduate diploma in CBT (CCCU, 2016) I continuously invest in my personal and professional development.
My practice is mostly informed by modern approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy and adapted CBT.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

If you have tried a variety of treatment approaches and find that they did not work for you - I welcome your enquiry.
