Counselling and therapy are about making sense of what you feel, and learning what you can do about it.
It is a joint endeavour. Our relationship will be a key part of the way I support you on your journey to understanding and fulfilment. I listen in an impartial way, offering alternative insights, bringing relief and clarity.
The space I hold is safe and confidential and you will be treated with respect and sensitivity.
Sessions last 50 minutes and generally take place at the same time each week. Most people attend once or twice a week. There is no set agenda and we can think about whatever feels most important to you.
I offer both open-ended and fixed term counselling and therapy. We can discuss in our initial meeting which option will suit you best.
To make an initial enquiry please call me. I will return your call as soon as possible. All communications are confidential.
