ONLINE COUNSELLING ONLY
If you reached the point in your life where you feel the need to change something but you don't know how, then get in touch via email.
Sometimes we need someone alongside us in overcoming a difficult time or to help us to adjust and to support us in becoming the person we truly are. I always wanted to help people (and myself) when life throws its challenges at us.
THE WAY I WORK
I offer ONLINE support in 4 different ways: per email, per chat, per video or per telephone. There are many advantages to working online, so please have a look on www.frankazmugg.com for further information about the 4 options as well as advantages and information when online counselling might not be suitable.
Through online support a difference can be made in more flexible ways and often it can make it easier for you to reach out due to the disinhibition effect. I am very keen on this kind of work and recently obtained an Online Counselling Diploma, so you are in safe and experienced hands.
HOW I CAN HELP
Not just treating the symptoms however finding the root cause of your imbalances and unmet needs will help you to make appropriate changes in your life that work for you in the long run.
If you are in need of help or might benefit from some guidance and support through crisis, I am here for you as I strive in giving stability and security and helping people find more simplicity for themselves in a complex world.
Each of us matters and I want to be on the fore front helping people realise that.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST SESSION
Before our first session I will send you an assessment and agreement form for you to fill out and return back to me. This will also help us to establish which way of working online might be most suitable for you.
In our first session we will not only discuss your current situation and what you would like to get out of the counselling, but also I would like to hear more about your past and history to gain a better understanding of who you are and what your current needs might be.
We will also talk about how we can work together so that you can feel safe and comfortable with me and the whole process.
