About me

Welcome to my profile.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, Family Psychotherapist, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) trained therapist, experienced in working with a variety of issues and backgrounds.

Therapy offered.

My approach is systemic, incorporating principles from the Psychodynamic model.

Occasionally and based on circumstances and symptoms I integrate elements of CBT techniques as well.

I aim to build a collaborative and therapeutic relationship with my warm and welcoming approach, where you can feel confident to talk openly about yourself.

Together we will work on different aspects of your life. We will reflect on current concerns and early experiences, we will identify unhelpful patterns and we will consider more beneficial strategies to empowering you to deal with life's challenges.

Availability.

I am available to work with individuals (adults and young people) and couples/families and I offer short- and long-term work.

I am currently only working remotely.
