About me
I am a qualified, experienced couple and individual psychotherapist, and I specialise in supporting people struggling with a range of challenges in their closest relationships.
Sessions can be arranged either online or in person at a well-known holistic health clinic in West London. I offer both open-ended and short-term therapy, depending on your situation and needs.
Healthy relationships are well known to be essential to our mental and emotional wellbeing, yet so often they are the first thing to suffer when the inevitable stresses and strains of life crop up. Significant events such as redundancy, bereavement, financial difficulties, fertility or parenting challenges and health issues can all negatively affect our ability to communicate with those we love and receive the support we need. This all too easily leads to feelings of 'stuckness', loneliness, escalating or repetitive arguments and even feelings of despair about the relationship.
Couples' therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space in which we will think together about each of your current challenges, feelings and behaviours and how these are impacting the relationship. I support my clients to explore healthier ways to communicate with each other and understand how old patterns may be affecting their interactions. My goal is to open up opportunities for positive, lasting change and greater closeness and intimacy between you.
Training, qualifications & experience
My postgraduate training was at Tavistock Relationships, a renowned centre of excellence, where I continue to practice as a Visiting Clinician and Assessor. I am a registered member of the BACP and a graduate member of the TRACP (Tavistock Relationships Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). I am a registered provider with the private health insurer WPA.
During the past year, I have delivered successful short-term relationship support on behalf of the NHS. I have also completed specialist training in supporting couples who are divorced or separated, or who may be considering this difficult step. A particular area of professional interest is supporting those facing relationship challenges due to neurodivergence, such as ADD, ADHD and ASD.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
