About me
I have over 4 years of experience working with adults and young people.
I offer advanced empathy and listening support, in a highly confidential, non- judgemental, and therapeutic environment, where we will work together to explore challenges and issues in an ethical and safe space.
I am an Integrative Counsellor.
I refer to many counselling theories, but in particular, I work using The Person- Centered Humanistic Counselling Approach, and also using Psychodynamic Theory.
