Frances Gedling Adv. Dip. Counselling & Psychotherapy MNCS (Accred)
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) offering counselling and psychotherapy using a range of therapeutic models.
I offer one to one 'talking therapy' in a safe and confidential space where you can explore the difficulties you are facing. Counselling allows you to express your feelings in a non-judgmental and safe environment.
I offer a sensitive approach and can help with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, past and present. I will work alongside you to explore your problems and help to facilitate new concepts, open new thinking patterns and embrace change which will enable you to be the person you aspire to be. Moving forward from difficult times to a more fulfilling life can be both rewarding and motivating. Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to explore the difficulties that you are facing without judgement and at your pace.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation. This gives you a chance to talk about what brings you to seek counselling or psychotherapy and you can ask me any questions you have. If we both feel happy to continue working together after this initial session we will arrange further regular sessions at a time that is convenient to both of us.
Sessions after this will be for 50 minutes.
50 minute session – £40.00
Everything between counsellor and client is confidential. I adhere to the code of ethics set out by the National Counselling Society and have regular supervision which means that I am able to take particular issues into a professional environment with the aim of formally reflecting and reviewing in a clinical way.
