About me

Have you been feeling low, anxious and struggling to cope? Life can feel challenging for lots of different reasons and having someone to talk to can be a helpful way to manage these challenges.

I offer a compassionate, warm and personalised counselling approach for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and trauma. I have also worked extensively with people who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual abuse.

Using a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to process their experiences, reclaim their sense of self, and begin their journey towards healing and empowerment.

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit the individual needs of my clients. I offer a flexible and collaborative way of working that supports deep, lasting change. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and move toward personal growth and improved wellbeing.
