About me
Have you been experiencing low self-esteem and anxiety? Life can feel challenging for lots of different reasons and having someone to talk to can be a helpful way to manage these challenges. I offer a compassionate, personalised counselling approach for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I have worked extensively with people who have experienced abusive relationships and trauma, as well as supporting students in Higher Education for over ten years. Having a safe, confidential and calm environment to talk can enable you to work towards empowerment and healing by being accepted and heard.
By offering a trusting space to reflect and explore what you have been through without judgement, you can start to process your past experiences. I know that one mode of therapy doesn't suit everyone which is why I tailor my approach to each individual client’s needs and will work with you collaboratively to ensure that you are getting what you need.
Starting your counselling journey can feel daunting and you may not know where to begin; you are welcome to have a free, 15-minute, no obligation phone call to see if I am the right person for you to work with and we can take it from there at your pace. Your journey; your control.
